How to Knead Dough?



Yes, you have read the title right, it does, in fact, say Kneading Dough. As easy as some may think, making the perfect dough requires technique and a little practice. I will give you guys some tips on how to learn the skills of kneading. Of course, I do trust you to practice when you have time and perfect the art of dough kneading!

The Dough I will be used is Wheat + Water. It is typically used to make Roti - North Indian Flatbread.

Why Dough?

There are so many delicious and mouthwatering foods in the world that I could teach you how to make. "Why dough" you may ask.  Well, the answer is simple, to start with the basics. 


First, let's define what is Dough. According to the Cambridge dictionary, it is when flour is mixed with water and other ingredients such as yeast, fat or sugar depending on what you are making or baking.  

There are many diverse types of Dough can make different types of food. To make distinct types of dough, it depends on what types of flour do you use. Then the varying types of dough can make multiple dishes. It could be through baking, stretching, boiling or other cooking techniques.
